"I have been with this Statefarm location since 2014. My mother since 2007. All even before Ms. Riley took over, we were still there. Everyone was very professional and courteous, even Ms. Riley herself was super respectful. But after hired a lady named Jamie everything changed. That lady attitude was so nasty and condescending that we had to transfer both files to another Statefarm branch… even my friends and families are having similar incidents. Enough is enough. If you are reading this Ms. Riley, I hope you re-examine your workforce. Good luck."
